The gathering before the meal.
A villa cocktail hour gives your group a moment to settle in and enjoy being together before dinner. Instead of coordinating taxis or a separate bar visit, discuss drinks service in the setting you already have for your stay in Manuel Antonio.
Manuel Antonio Table can coordinate a private bartender and a drinks plan for the occasion. “Cocktail hour” describes the gathering; the actual duration is agreed in your quote, rather than assumed to be a fixed one-hour package.
Welcome drinks, sunset or a celebration
A welcome gathering can suit a group’s first evening, provided arrival and setup timing are confirmed. A sunset gathering can lead naturally into dinner. For birthdays and anniversaries, drinks may form the first part of a private celebration dinner.
Tell us what matters most: catching up with friends, enjoying the view, or bringing everyone to the table at the same time. We discuss the service around those plans, without promising that every property has a sunset view or a dedicated bar.
A manageable drink selection
A few agreed choices make it easier to plan ingredients and serving. Share your favorite cocktails, preferred flavors and any drinks you do not want. Ask for alcohol-free alternatives so guests who are not drinking alcohol have a considered option too.
Do not treat inspiration as a guaranteed menu. Spirits, fruit, mixers and preparation details must be confirmed for your date. Mention allergies and ingredient restrictions early, including garnishes and juices.
Pair drinks with private dining
If you are booking a chef in your villa, share the intended meal time when requesting cocktail service. Coordinate the kitchen and drinks preparation areas so the two services fit together. If you want snacks or small bites, discuss them explicitly with the meal plan; they are not automatically included with bartender service.
Agree supplies, setup and cleanup
Confirm who supplies alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware and tools, plus what the villa provides. Ask about the serving surface, water access, space and any equipment needed. Drinks service, ingredients and extras should be understandable in the complete quote.
Check your host’s rules for outside providers and additional staff before confirming an on-site service. Share access instructions and a contact who will be available. Weather and the suitability of outdoor spaces should also be discussed if the gathering is planned outside.
What to send in your inquiry
Include your date, villa or accommodation, adult guest count, preferred timing and whether you want a standalone gathering or drinks before dinner. Add alcohol-free requests, allergies and budget ideas. Select the bartender/cocktail service on the inquiry form or write your plans in the notes.
Availability, menu, duration and price are confirmed before booking. No payment is taken by the initial inquiry. We help turn the idea into a clear, practical plan for your group’s evening.
