Start with what sounds good.

These menu ideas reflect dishes available in our chef partner’s repertoire. Use them to begin the conversation; final selections depend on availability, service format, your kitchen and dietary requirements. Ingredients are additional to the chef service fee.

A plated dinner works best when the group shares a manageable set of main choices and consistent sides. For groups of more than six, family-style dining is another option to discuss: shared appetizers, a small selection of mains and a dessert for the table.

Breakfast at the villa

Breakfast service is family style. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and orange juice accompany the breakfast selection. Tell us if you would like extra sides or a wider spread so ingredient costs and preparation can be included in your quote.

For younger guests

Child-friendly choices include macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, a cheese quesadilla or steak with fries. Share children’s ages and preferences so portions and menu choices can be planned alongside the adults’ meal.

End on something sweet

Options include warm chocolate cake, tres leches, churros, tropical fruit sorbet, lemon pie, brownies, or mango and banana with caramel and ice cream. Tell us if the dessert is part of a celebration, and confirm any special cake or presentation requests separately.

Dietary needs deserve a proper conversation

Vegetarian is not the same as vegan: several listed vegetarian dishes include dairy. Gluten may appear in sauces, pasta, breading and desserts. Explain allergies and dietary requirements clearly before the menu is agreed.

We can discuss adaptations with the chef partner, but do not treat a menu description as an allergen guarantee. Preparation methods and cross-contact considerations must be confirmed for your group.

Delivery menus are confirmed separately. A dish suited to immediate in-villa service may need a different preparation for transport, reheating or serving.
