Booking, payment and cancellation

Book as far in advance as possible. We also welcome last-minute requests when availability allows. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Service fees and groceries are separate costs

Published rates cover service only. Actual grocery and ingredient costs are billed separately, in addition to the service fee. A steak-and-lobster menu will likely cost more in groceries than a fish-and-chicken menu. Your menu choices and guest count determine the shopping required.
