Birthdays, anniversaries, romantic dinners and family milestones all begin with the same question: what would make this evening feel right for your group? Tell us who is coming, what you are celebrating and the kind of meal you enjoy.
Start with the menu and service
You might choose a plated dinner with a shared main selection, a relaxed family-style spread, or a menu centered on surf and turf, fish or Costa Rican flavors. Your independent chef partner’s availability, the kitchen and dietary needs help shape the plan.
Private Table includes on-site preparation, serving and kitchen cleanup. Celebration requests are discussed individually, and extras should be listed in the quote rather than assumed to be part of the standard chef service.

- Your preferred serving time and any plans before dinner.

A smaller gathering can focus on a meal you both enjoy and the privacy of your own accommodation. Share the dishes that appeal to you and how formal you want the service to feel. Property permission and suitable kitchen access are still required.
For a birthday with a larger group
Think about serving everyone together and including guests with different tastes. A limited set of main choices, consistent sides and a shared dessert can make the meal easier to plan. Family-style service is another option to discuss for groups of more than six.
Check that the villa’s dining arrangement has enough seating, dishes and space for the gathering. The chef fee is only one part of the plan; menu ingredients and any celebration extras need to be included in the complete quote.
