What to share when you inquire
- Your arrival date and expected villa check-in time.
- The number of adults and children in the group.
- Your property’s name, location and delivery access instructions.
- A meal preference and any allergies or dietary requirements.
- A contact who can update us if travel timing changes.
Order at least the day before. Earlier planning is especially useful for larger groups and arrivals when your schedule may be uncertain. Your booking depends on confirmed availability and delivery arrangements.
Choose an easy first-night meal
After a travel day, a shared dinner can feel more relaxed than a formal plated menu. Think about familiar choices, a vegetarian alternative if needed, and dishes that suit delivery and serving in your villa.

What if your arrival time changes?
Give us a realistic estimated arrival time, then discuss the handoff plan when booking. We need to know who will receive the meal and whether the host or villa manager can help with access. Do not assume a meal can be left unattended; the delivery plan and food handling need to suit the circumstances.
Does the villa allow deliveries?
Confirm the property’s rules even if no chef will be cooking inside. Gates, access roads, reception hours and vendor restrictions can all affect the handoff. If you are unsure, select that option in the inquiry form and tell us where you are staying.
Arrival Table or a private chef on your first night?
Arrival Table offers a simple drop-off service. Private Table brings a chef into the villa to prepare, serve and clean up the kitchen. For a first night with an uncertain arrival, delivery may be a more flexible starting point. If you want a full dining experience, we can discuss whether a chef visit fits your timing and property rules.
Delivery and private chef pricing are different. Request a complete quote for the option you prefer rather than applying an in-villa chef fee to an arrival meal.
