Table Delivery brings a chef-prepared meal to your villa without an on-site cooking service. It is an alternative for guests who want to stay in, groups watching their food budget, and properties that do not allow an outside chef to use the kitchen.
You arrange the meal through Manuel Antonio Table. A chef partner prepares it off-site, and we coordinate the delivery details with you. This is a different service from Private Table: delivery does not include a chef cooking and serving in your villa.
Arrange it at least the day before
Meal preparation needs time. Send your request at least the day before the meal, with your guest count, preferred dishes, dietary requirements and accommodation. Availability, menu and delivery timing are confirmed before booking.
For the first night of your trip, the Arrival Table helps you arrange dinner before you travel. Share your expected arrival time, how to reach you if plans change, and access instructions for the villa.
What should you order?
Think about food that suits your group and the practicalities of arrival, serving and reheating. A shared dinner can be a useful starting point: one or two main choices with sides, plus options for children and guests with different dietary needs.
Our menu page offers inspiration from the chef partner’s repertoire. Delivery suitability is confirmed separately; a dish designed for immediate plated service may need a different preparation for transport.
Delivery and vacation rental rules
A property may allow a meal drop-off even when it restricts outside chefs. It may also have rules about delivery access, gates, reception or vendors entering the grounds. Check with your host, and share the instructions with us.
What is included in a delivery quote?
Delivery pricing is quoted separately from in-villa chef service fees. We need your menu, group size, delivery location and requested time to confirm the cost. Your quote should explain the food, delivery arrangements and any applicable extras.

Before your meal arrives
- Confirm the delivery address and a reachable guest contact.
- Tell us if nobody will be at the property at the expected time.
- Discuss whether dishes arrive ready to eat or need reheating.
- Confirm serving items, packaging and any equipment you need at the villa.
- Request handling and storage guidance appropriate to the meal.
